So what did you get to eat? I should have taken a picture but I cooked up two Sunnyside up eggs in butter with sautéed onions and garlic with a side of two thick cut bacon strips pan fried, and homemade potatoes sliced and deep fried in vegetable oil. Also currently baking quick yeast rolls homemade. Those take forever though so I didn’t time it quite right. Weekends are glorious times to cook feasts!
I have to make up for my crappy breakfasts during the week because of wanting more sleep. Then I just make a bowl of cereal or eat a peanut butter sandwich at work. But I don't usually eat lunch on the weekend whereas 11am lunch at work is the standard.
